Planning Appeal Decision Ref: APP/HGW/07/304

This appeal concerns the fate of a section of hedgerow. The document was sent in by John Blessington with the following text;

Digging into a hedgerows history may well prove a more productive means of protection than the species diversity route - especially in the middle of winter when applications are often received. Here Tithe maps were used and a fortuitous connection with a long lost racecourse was made. An application to Bridgnorth DC was investigated by our Landscape officer at Shropshire County Council.
