Contacting the AIE

If you wish to contact the AIE please use the link below. Please read the following notes prior to sending an email.

.If you have an article, a picture or something else which you feel would benefit others, please send it in. They are most welcome.
.We do not sell books or tools!
.Please do not ask for help with college coursework, business activities, individual research etc. Unfortunately, we just do not have the free time or resources to help with such things.
.Please do not ask for help identifying fungi, tree defects, insects, diseases etc. We do not have the resources, time or insurance cover to offer such a service.
.Legal matters should be addressed to a solicitor.
.We do not have the resources to reply to emails by telephone, please do not ask!
.If you are sending an attachment please describe in the email what it is. Due to the risk of opening a virus program, we tend to delete emails with attachments automatically unless they are from a trustworthy source or contain an explanation as to their contents.
.To reduce the possibility of transmitting viruses please send emails as plain text (select this setting from your email program such as MS Outlook Express).
.We can not supply copies of law reports, books, articles etc as these are subject to copyright restrictions.
.If the information you require is not present within the AIE site then it is unlikely that we have access to it.
.Please understand that the managers of the AIE work on the site with no financial reward and in their precious spare time. This can sometimes result in a long delay before a response to an email is available. In very rare occasions when time is very tight and the subject of the email obviously contradicts the above list, then no reply at all may be given!
