Planning Appeal Decision Ref: APP/TPO/L3815/100
This successful appeal decision relates to management works within a woodland. The document was sent in by Mark Carter.
In this case the application for woodland works was supported by the tree officer and approval had also been obtained for the necessary felling license from the Forestry Commission. The application was however, refused by the council committee. This appeal was made and proved to be successful with the committees decision being over turned.
